多阳极微通道阵列探测器测试平台研制与应用

摘要 在解决了多阳极微通道阵列(MAMA)探测器读出电路及解决算法等关键技术的基础上,研制了一套探测器测试平台,用来对120管脚以下各类MAMA探测器进行性能测试。本文介绍了测试平台的研制与应用情况,给出了对国产MAMA探测器的测试结果并对结果进行了分析。 Based on a breakthrough in the key technique of read-out electronics and calculating method, a multi-anode microchannel array (MAMA) testing platform was developed. It can be used for testing any MAMA detectors with no more than 120 anode pins. The test results of several domestic MAMA detectors, together with the discussion of the results are presented in the paper.
