摘要
从理论与现实两个层面考察分析了教育的公平与少数民族救育的发展问题,提出从教育公平的三个层次和法律制度建设等方面促进少数民族教育发展,促进教育公平的实现,这对于建设和谐社会具有重要意义。
The author analyzes the fair education and development of minority education from both theory and practice. He argues to accelerate the minority education development through the three levels of fair education and laws, which in turn help to realize the fair education and contribute to harmonious society.
