摘要
益髓胶囊对大鼠口服维甲酸造成的骨质疏松症有保护作用。经ＩＢＡＳ２０００通用图象分析系统（美国）等多指标处理分析，益髓胶囊可明显提高实验性骨质疏松症大鼠股骨骨密度、骨小梁宽度及骨小梁面积密度（Ｐ＜０．００１），并有明显抗疲劳和提高痛阈的作用。
The protective effects of Yisui capsule on osteoporosis induced by retinoic acid was studied in rats.By processing and analysing the index figures with IBAS 2000 General Graph Analysis System(U.S.A),indicaes that Yisui capsule was found to display obvious action in increasing the femur density,thickness of trabecula and cortex,trabecual area(P<0 001) in rats with experimental osteoporosis,and it could remarkably improve fatigue and increase the pain threshhold.
