Theoretical Analysis of the Governance of University Based on Stakeholder Theory

大学是利益相关者组织,其利益相关者有着不同的利益诉求,有的甚至是冲突的。为了协调他们的利益,实现组织价值最大化,应依据各利益相关者与大学的利益相关程度以及参与大学治理的意愿和能力,按照非均衡分散分布的原则,在各利益相关者内部配置剩余控制权。这些利益相关者的剩余控制权是相互影响、相互作用的,是大学组织利益结构的反映,构成了大学利益相关者治理的主要内容。

Universities are organizations of stakeholders. There are big differences in these stakeholders＇ demands. Therefore, it is necessary to dispersedly and inequality allocate the residual claims in the stakeholders to realize the university＇s target and harmonize their differences. The mutual action and influence between the stakeholders are the kernel points of the construction of university＇s governance, and are the reflection of the construction of the university＇s benefit.
