摘要
当今社会,企业之间竞争的实质已变成人才的竞争,人才流失已成为企业生存和发展的重要威胁。在分析人才流失预警相关研究成果的基础上,结合心理契约的内涵提出将心理契约的变动引入人才流失预警模型。同时根据心理契约违背的相关征兆,在人才流失预警指标框架下,构建了由8项指标组成的心理因素指标族。最后从微观和宏观两个层面给出了相应的预控措施,从而体现了预警管理"防范于未然"的思想。
Recently, the essence of enterprise competition has already become talents' competition. Brain-- drain threatens the survival and development of enterprises. In combination with the connotation of a psychological contract, an early warning model of brain-drain involving the fluctuation of psychological contract is conceived based on a comprehensive analysis of the relevant literatures and present studies. Besides, an evaluation index cluster of the psychological apperception factors constituted of 8 indexes is constructed under the framework of the early warning evaluation index system of brain-drain. Ultimately, relevant precontrol countermeasures are proposed from both microcosmic and macroscopic aspects, authentically embodying the principle of a precautionary idea.
