摘要
对于劳动密集型的饭店业来说,人力资源是一项重要的资源,然而目前饭店员工的满意度和忠诚度很低,流失率较高,因此如何在激烈竞争的市场中吸引和留住人才是饭店企业面临的重要课题。本文通过对饭店员工满意度及其影响因素重要度的比较研究,提出了提高员工满意度与忠诚度的具体建议。
In terms of the labor-intensive hotel industry, the human resources are very important. In the time of severe talent competition, the hotel has to attract the employees and keep their satisfaction and loyalty. This paper makes a comparative study of hotel employee satisfaction and its influential factors and puts forward some relevant suggestions.
