Determination of cadmium in the coating of the zinc-coated steel sheets by flame atomic absorption spectrometry

摘要 为适应RoSH指令要求,研究了火焰原子吸收光谱仪测定镀锌板中镀层镉的方法。样品用盐酸溶解后,采用标准加入法,于原子吸收光谱仪波长228.8 nm处,测定镉的含量。方法的检出限为0.001μg/mL,相对标准偏差小于5%,回归方程的相关系数为0.9984。方法用于现场测定两批样品(厚板和薄板)中的镉,结果同ICP-AES法的测定结果相一致。 For the need of RoHS,a method for determining cadmium in the coating of the zinc-coated steel sheets by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) was studied. Sample was dissolved in hydrochloric acid and cadmium in test solution was determined by using the method of standard addition at the wavelength of 228.8 nm. The detection limit of the method is 0. 001μg/mL. The relative standard deviation is less than 5%. Correlation coefficient of the linear regression equation is 0. 998 4. The method has been applied to the determination of Cd in both thin and thick sheets and results are consistent with those of ICP-AES.
