摘要
通过对克雷伯氏菌β-内酰胺酶的测定,细菌转化及质粒接合转移等实验,发现大多数菌株的β-内酰胺酶是由质粒所编码的,少部分菌株的产生可能与细菌染色体DNA编码有关。耐药质粒可通过接合转移方式转移至其他细菌,这在多重耐药克雷伯氏菌暴发流行中具有重要意义。
This paper suggests the β-lactamase of most strains of Klebsiessae pneumoniae(KP)(46/53) were coded by plasmids through detection of β-lactamase of Klebsiellae and tests of plasmid transformation and plasmid conjugation. β-lactamase of a few strains (7/53) may come from bacterial chromosome DNA coded. The resistant plasmids can be transferred to other bacterial through conjugation and transformation, it is very important in the outbreak of KB infection.
