摘要
在微波辐照条件下,合成了钴酞菁及其磺化衍生物,并由元素分析、紫外-可见光谱和红外光谱进行了表征。考察了微波辐照强度、微波作用时间、反应试剂组成用量、催化剂种类和添加剂对钴酞菁产率的影响。结果表明,在中等功率下,苯酐:尿素:醋酸钴=1:5:0.24(摩尔比),钼酸铵2.5%~3%(以苯酐质量为标准),反应30分钟,钴酞菁产率达到最高。同样配比条件下,微波法比常规固相法(220℃)产率高,所用时间大大缩短。
The synthesis of cobalt phthalocyanine and its sulfonation under microwave irradiation was studied. The products were Characterized by element analysis, electron spectrum, infrared spectrum. The influence of the irradiation reaction power, the irradiation time, the quantities of reagents ,the different catalysts and the additives on the yield of cobalt phthalocyanine were investigated. It was founded that the yield reached the maxium under the microwave irradiation at high power for 30 minutes with a certain reactant ratio [n(benzoic an-hydride): n(urea)=1:5] using ammonium molybdate as a catalyst(2.5-3wt% of benzoic anhydride). Under the selected same ratio of reactants, the yield of microwave method was higher than that of conventional heating means(220℃) with much shorter reaction time.
