有机碱催化合成4-氨基二苯胺中间体的工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 以苯胺和硝基苯为原料,在四甲基氢氧化铵催化下合成4-氨基二苯胺的中间体,温度为70℃~80℃,苯胺、四甲基氢氧化铵和硝基苯摩尔比为6:1.2:1,反应时间为4小时,硝基苯转化率在98%,总收率95%。 Using nitrobenzene and aniline as material, tetramethyl ammonium hydroxide as catalyst, the intermediate of 4-aminodiphe-nylamine was prepared, the synthetic process was carried out at 70-80℃, the mole ratio of aniline to tetramethyl ammonium hydroxide to nitrobenzene was 6:1.2:1, reaction time was 4 hours. The overall yield was higher than 95%
