简析了持续竞争优势对跨国企业的推动作用,并以联合利华公司为例,通过对一系列实例分析联合利华是如何从外部环境和内部构建双方面着手,保持并发展其三大竞争优势——灵活本土化策略,信息管理理念和持续创新。事实证明,这些竞争优势对企业的生存及发展确实有着极其重要的推动作用。
This article analyses the impulse function from sustainable competitive advantage on transnational enterprise in brief . Taking Unlived as a case, article introduce how Unlived focus on exterior and interior condition and how:to keep and develop its three competition advantage-- flexible localization strategies, information management concept and sustainable innovation. Actually, these competition advantage is vital to an enterprise.
