试析韩国大企业集团治理结构特点

Analysis on the Governance Structure Factors of Korean Big Enterprise Group

摘要 韩国大型企业集团,或者称为财阀(团)(chaebol),是由家族控制和所有的各种各样的企业群。财阀不是从来就有的,而是在历史发展中逐渐形成的。财阀的兴起造就了韩国经济在短短30年中高速增长,经济实力不断增强,创造了享誉世界的"江汉奇迹"。韩国财阀有何特点,其治理结构有何特点仍是一个有待探讨的问题,对这一问题进行了尝试性的分析。 Korean big enterprise group, or named zaibatsu, is different kinds of enterprise cluster controlled or owned by families. The zaibatsu was gradually formed in history development. The rise of zaibatsu brought the high increasing of Korean economy in 30 years, the economical power increased day by day, created the ＂Jianghan miracle＂. The features of Korea zaibatsu and its governance structure are the questions which need deep discussion, this paper is trying to analyze this question.
