摘要 在经济一体化的今天,企业开始依靠供应链管理来建立自身的竞争优势,除了重视时间和成本的竞争,还要提升供应链整体创新能力。探讨了供应链节点企业知识的获取与共享,从而解决供应链运作过程中的问题,提升整体创新能力。 With economic integration nowadays, enterprises have come to rely on effective management of their supply chains so as to shape their own competitive edge, and consequently, more and more requirements will be made for supply chain management, not only in competing with time and cost, but also in improving the innovative ability with the whole supply chain. In the current article, we have probed into the acquisition of the knowledge of enterprises along the supply chain so that problems in the operation of the supply chain will be solved and the innovative ability with the whole supply chain be further improved by means of the effective management of supply chain knowledge.
