Research on the Learning Mechanism in the Process of Knowledge Management

介绍了知识管理的概念,在总结他人成果的基础上,建立了一个知识管理的模型,用来阐述知识管理的定义,有助于减少概念的混淆;对知识管理中组织学习部分作了分析,指出在搞好企业知识管理、创建学习型的组织过程中,在组织稳定期内,企业应该尽可能使用单环学习机制,而在富于竞争的环境下使用双环学习机制。

The article creates a model of Knowledge Management that can be used to provide an equivalently simple definition as a positive step towards minimizing confusion. It introduce the Organizational Learning and analyze of the Learning Mechanism in the Process of Knowledge Management. We can know from this article that organizations must be capable of using mainly single-loop learning during times of stability, but double-loop learning during times of struggle.
