混合酸溶法浸取硫铁矿烧渣制聚硅氯化硫酸铁 被引量:5

Preparation of poly-silicic-ferric chloride sulfate from leaching pyrite cinder with mixed acid dissolution method

摘要 通过正交实验研究了用盐酸、硫酸、硫铁矿烧渣和硅酸钠制备聚硅氯化硫酸铁(PSFCS)絮凝剂的工艺条件。实验结果表明,在烧渣粒度为0.18 mm、反应时间为3 h、反应温度为120℃、硫酸浓度为6 mol/L、盐酸浓度为3 mol/L、质量液固比为4∶1的条件下,铁的浸出率可达90.7%。PSFCS的合成条件为:Fe/Si摩尔比2、硅酸活化pH值2、硅酸活化时间40 min、陈化时间2.5 h。与聚合硫酸铁(PFS)和聚合氯化铝(PAC)比较了处理印染废水的效果,表明PSFCS具有良好的絮凝性能,浊度的去除率可达96.5%。 The processing conditions of using hydrochloric acid, sulphuric acid, pyrite cinder and sodium silicate as raw materials to prepare poly- silicic- ferric chloride sulfate (PSFCS) floeculant were tested by means of orthogonal expcrimtent method. The results showed that on the condition of cinder granularity being 0.18 mm, reaction time being 3 hours, reaction temperature being at 120 ℃, sulfuric acid concentration being 6 mol/L, hydrochloric acid concentration being 3 tool/L, liquid-to-solid ratio being 4: 1, the extraction rate of iron could reach 90.7%. The synthesis conditions of the PS- FCS were Fe-to-Si tool ratio 2, silicic acid activation pH value 2, silieic acid activation time 40 minutes, ageing time 2.5 hours. Compared it with polymerization ferric sulfate (PFS) and polyaluminiunt chloride (PAC), PSFCS had fine flocculation performance for the treatment of dyeing waste water effectively, the rcnloval rate of the turbidity could reach 96.5 %.
