摘要 从分析CAN总线控制系统的设计思路入手,着重讨论设计中的主要问题,采用RS-485/422辅助CAN总线的混合总线结构,选用C8051F系列单片机和USB转UART桥接器CP2102作为控制核心,设计了一种多主、多功能的混合式总线监控系统。试验表明:该系统成功解决了数据传输瓶颈、数据冲突、同步等一系列问题,具有良好的实时性和稳定性,广泛适用于各类远程大型实时监控网络。 A kind of multi-master and muhi-functional surveillance system based on CAN is designed. Following the discussion about the main issues of CAN system design, a mixed bus architecture, CAN associated with RS485/422, is introduced. The core design is C8051F SOC MCUs and CP2102, a new USB to UART bridge. The result of implementation shows that this system successfully solves the main issues, for example, the bottleneck in data transmission, data collision and synchronization. The high real-time ability and stability make this design suitable for various long-distance real-time surveillance networks.
