内洋地黄素的双重作用与心血管重塑

摘要 内洋地黄素是Na+-K+-ATP酶的内源性配体,有强心、利尿、缩血管等作用。研究发现,它与Na+-K+-ATP酶在膜穴上结合后,在细胞内组装信号转导的复合物,通过一系列信号级联反应及活化多条信号通路,刺激细胞增殖和诱导细胞死亡,从而参与心血管重塑的发生。
