缝隙连接通道与药物干预 被引量:4

摘要 缝隙连接通道是细胞间通讯的基础,在心血管系统代谢物质交换、维持心脏正常节律、调节血管紧张度以及肌内皮细胞的相互作用中有重要的作用,近来,缝隙连接通道及连接蛋白在心律失常发生及发展中的作用受到越来越多地关注。而对缝隙连接通道影响因素的研究有助于阐明其生理和病理学作用,并有望发现新的治疗途径及治疗药物,因此缝隙连接通道的药物干预正在成为心血管系统研究的又一热点。本文就缝隙连接通道的影响因素的研究进展做一综述。
