惰性气体再呼吸法在心排血量测定中的应用
摘要
惰性气体再呼吸法(IGR)是一项无创测定有效肺血流量(QEP)的安全、简便、设计完善的技术。在无肺内分流存在时,QEP等于心排血量(CO)。虽然目前关于IGR的报道不多,但它的科学价值得到广泛认同,有着广阔的临床应用前景。
