人才资源是人力资源中较为先进,较为精华的部分,是企业进行战略经营活动的取胜之本。但由于观念、体制、机制等原因,不少企业特别是国有企业在人才资源开发中仍存在着许多值得深思的问题。因此,国有企业只有在具体工作中重视人才开发,合理使用人才,企业的持续发展才会有取之不尽,用之不竭的活力源泉。

Because of the ideas, system of organization, mechanism, there are some problems to be worth thinking during the development of talent resources in many enterprises especially in the state - owned ones. The enterprise only treasure the talented people in the practical work and reasonally use them, it can better develop, the sustainable development can have active source unexhausted.
