摘要
程序员的培养作为IT技术高职计算机软件技术专业的主要培养内容之一。笔者通过分析企业对程序员的需求，程序员必备的素质，结合我院程序员培养方式，为高职计算机软件技术专业程序员的培养寻求新的途径与方式。
The cultivation of programmers＂ ability is the main content of Higher Vocational Education＂ s Major of Computer Software Technology. The author has analyzed the requirement and quality to the programmers by enterprise, combinating the mode of the programmer in our institute, to study a new approach and mode for the cultivation of higher vocational education＇ s major of computer software technology programmers＇ ability .
