摘要
皮肤光老化中皱纹和皮肤粗糙常困扰患者,光动力疗法治疗皮肤光老化逐渐受到重视,近年来临床研究证实其疗效确切,尤其对改善细纹和肤质方面特别显著,优于目前单用强脉冲光或激光的治疗方法。电子显微镜分析治疗前后的活检组织,发现光动力治疗侧的面部Ⅰ型胶原合成多于单用强脉冲光的一侧。综述光动力临床研究中光敏剂的封包时间和光源选择,探讨导致疗效差异的因素。阐明紫外线导致皱纹形成的主要途径,以及热休克蛋白和基质金属蛋白酶在光动力治疗皱纹方面的作用。
Wrinkles and skin roughness are always bothersome in facial photoaging. Photodynamic therapy is attracting more and more interest in its management. Latest clinical researches has confirmed the effectiveness of photodynamic therapy, especially in the improvement of fine wrinkles and skin texture, which is superior to that of intense pulsed light and laser. The electron microscopy of skin specimen indicated more synthesis of type I collagen fibrils in the side of face treated with photodynamic therapy than in that with intense pulse light alone. This article presents with incubation durations of photosensitizers and various choices of light and laser sources in photodynamic study, as well as factors leading to difference in therapeu- tic effect, and elucidates main approaches to the formation of wrinkles induced by ultraviolet, and the possible roles of heat shock protein and matrix metalloproteinase in wrinkle removal by photodynamic therapy.
