摘要 吸烟与很多疾病的发生密切相关,对皮肤的影响也不容忽视。尼古丁是香烟烟雾中的主要成分之一,其生物学作用十分复杂。皮肤组织中的角质形成细胞、成纤维细胞和血管中都有尼古丁受体的表达。尼古丁可以促进皮肤血管收缩,造成局部皮肤缺血,破坏角质形成细胞内环境的稳定,引起皮肤老化,延缓皮肤创伤愈合,引发一些皮肤疾病。目前,尼古丁与很多皮肤病的关系还不是十分清楚,对皮肤组织的影响作用还有很大的争议。因此,尼古丁对皮肤的作用还需要作进一步的研究。 Smoking is closely related to the development of many diseases, and its influence on skin should not be ignored. Nicotine is the primary component of cigarette smog, with complex biological functions. Nicotinic receptors are expressed on keratinocytes, fibroblasts and blood vessels in skin tissue. Nicotine can induce the vasoconstriction to cause localized ischemia of skin, disturb the stabilization of keratinocyte internal environment, cause skin aging, slow the wound healing of skin, and lead to some cutaneous diseases. Now, the relation of nicotine with skin are unclear, and the effect of nicotine on skin tissue is controversial. So, further studies are needed for the effects of nicotine on skin.
