高职教育实施"双证"制度对突出培养目标特点,促进教育教学改革和毕业生就业都有很重要的作用。但是各校在实施"双证"制度的过程中却遇到了不少困难和问题。高职院校应采取有效对策使"双证"制度得以广泛实施,进而促进高职教育的改革与发展。

The implementation of ＂two-certificate＂ system is important to the teaching reform, graduates employment and extrudes the education target. However, there are many difficulties in the course in some school, so colleges should take some efficient measures to implement the ＂two-certificate＂ systems and advance the reform and development of higher education.
