摘要
"双师型"师资培养是高职院校师资队伍建设的重点,也是张扬高职特色、培养学生创新和实践能力,开展教学改革,提高教学质量的关键。为建设"双师型"教师队伍,教育主管部门要建立相关制度,使"双师型"教师队伍建设科学化、制度化、规范化。高职院校要以人为本,提高教师专业发展能力,制定"双师型"教师队伍的培训计划,改善师资结构,而高职教师本身要提高认识,转变观念,积极参加职后培训。
"Double-qualification" teacher's construction is an important job in higher vocational college; meanwhile, it's the key part of showing the trait of higher vocational college, innovation and practice of students, reform of teaching and teaching effect. So department responsible for education should establish correlation system to make "double-qualification" teachers construction scientific, systematize and standardized. It should be "man-oriented", promote teachers professional developing ability and make plan of "double-qualification" to improve teacher resource structure. Teachers should improve cognition, change views and join the after-job training actively.
