基于宽带网络的拥塞控制机制研究

The Research on the Jam-control Organ of the Wide-band Network

宽带通信网的拥塞控制是流量控制（称为业务量管理）的一个重要组成部分,拥塞控制既要保证网络不发生拥塞,又要提高带宽的利用率。本文讨论了宽带网络中各种拥塞控制功能和实现策略,指出了网络流量的高突发性以及不可预测的网络时延,应是控制算法设计中的难点,而提高网络利用率,综合公平性是研究的最终目的。

The control of jam of the wide-band of network is an important part of the flow rate-control （so-called work-rate management）.The control of jam is not only to guarantee the influence of the network ,but also to higher the use-rate of the band-width. This paper has discussed all kinds of function of jam-control and its realized strategy and pointed out that the jam of rate of flow takes place high ,which causes the stage of the network, should be the difficult point of the design of the arithmetic of the control ,aiming at improving the use-rate of the network and synthesizing the equilibrium of all aspects of network.
