摘要
电子商务高速发展,有力地推动了网上银行业务的发展。由于网上银行业务是一种全新的银行业务,其业务具有的交易的瞬时性、空间的跨越性、运行环境的开放性、无纸化和虚拟性等特点,决定了网上银行业务法律风险的独特性。相关立法和监管规定的缺位和不足,导致网上银行业务在开展过程中出现一系列的法律问题。对网上银行的法律特征及立法状况进行研究有利于上述问题的解决。
Develop by leaps and bound of eledtronic commerce promote e-bank Development.Owing to character of e-bank in instantaneiw, stride across space, opening on running environment,paperless,subjunctiviy,decide peculiariW of law risking on electronic commerce.Lacking of legislation ＆ supervise leads to chain of law problems.
