摘要
1986年12月，越共第六次全国代表大会把党的工作重点转移到经济建设上来，提出了全面革新开放的路线。从“六大”到2006年的“十大”，越南始终坚持把经济建设作为推进现代化的中心任务，由此推动了越南的经济快速发展。经济增长率不断提高，1986～1990年，GDP年均增长率为4．4％；1991～1995年GDP年均增长8．2％；1997年的东南亚金融危机虽然给越南经济带来了一定的负面影响，经济增长率下降到了5．0％左右，但在东南亚国家中仍处于领先水平。
Since the opening policy was carried out in 1986, the great economic modernization has been achieved, but the economy quantity research about Vietnam is rare. This article use the country economic evaluation system which was created by Natural Scientific Academy of China to analyze the economic developing level of Vietnam systematically, thus providing reference to the analyzing of similar countries. At the same time, this article also analyze some other country＇s economic level as the comparative research.
