The Two-Way Opening Industrial Transfer in China-ASEAN Economy

中国与东盟正在实施的区域经济一体化具有独特之处：双方将建立的自由贸易区运行“10＋1”机制。东盟本身是一个区域经济联合体，率先建成自由贸易区，中国是一个经济规模大于东盟10国的国家。为此，双方不是从11个均等成员的角度来安排区域经济一体化的，而是从“10＋1”的角度来安排的。中国与东盟各国可以分别发展双边经济合作关系，但是面向东盟10国是在“10＋1”的框架下开展经济一体化。中国对贸易投资自由化与经济技术合作的承诺是面向东盟10国整体。

Owing to the difference of economic development among the member states, there are different levels and different infecting type of industrial cooperation in China and ASEAN＇s Industrial Transfer. This thesis expound the industrial division of labor formed in the Two-Way Investment between China and ASEAN, expound the potential ability,principles and methods of China to transfer industries to ASEAN Countries. The relative effects of China-ASEAN＇s Regional Economy Integration on industrial transfer manifest： The establishment of FTA enhancing the development of bilateral investment,promoting the Regional Industrial Transfer, and giving the important effects on the Industrial Transfer of East Asian Area.
