摘要
目的探讨医务人员(医生、护士、医技人员)的职业倦怠状况及与压力水平的关系。方法采用Maslach倦怠量表(MBI-GS)和职业压力指标问卷(OSI-2)中的压力源分量表对192名医务人员进行调查。结果(1)41.7%的被试者有一定程度的情绪衰竭;有36.6%的被试者有一定程度的情感疏远;40.6%的被试者没有职业效能感。(2)性别和受教育程度与医务人员的职业倦怠相关;年龄和婚姻状况与职业倦怠没有显著相关。(3)工作负荷对情绪衰竭具有正相关作用;人际关系对情感疏远具有正相关作用;日常烦忧、管理角色对职业效能具有负相关作用。结论部分医务人员有一定程度的职业倦怠;而不同来源的压力源对职业倦怠的三个维度具有不同的影响作用。
Objective To investigate the relation between job burnout and stress among medical personnels (doctors, nurses and techni- cians). Methods Maslach questionnaires on job burnout (MBI -GS) and stress subscale (OSI -2) were used for survey with 192 medical staff. Results ( 1 ) 41.7% of testees had some degree of emotional exhaustion, 36.6% depersonalization, and 40.6% lack of professional efficacy. (2) Gender and education were significantly correlated with job burnout, and age and marital status were not. (3) Workload was positively correlated with emotional exhaustion, and so was interpersonal relationship with depersonalization ; hassle and managerial role were negatively correlated with professional efficacy. Conclusion Some medical personnels experienced some degree of job burnout, the three dimensions of which were differently influenced by different stressors.
