摘要
通过文献资料法和对比分析法,分析有氧健身操对中老年女性生理、心理等方面的影响。结果表明:坚持有氧健身操锻炼,能增强中老年女性心脏功能、改善WHR、减少脂肪、增强体质,对防治心血管系统疾病和促进心理健康能产生良好的影响。
This article offers an analytical examination into the effect of aerobics exercise on middie-aged and old Women' s physiology and psychology by documentation and comparison. The result indicates that persisting in aerobics exercise can promote the function of heart, improve WHR, decrease fat, promote health and have a good effect on mental health and prevent and cure cardiovascular diseases.
