随着蹦床运动的不断发展,国际上对蹦床比赛的评分要求越来越高、也越来越细化。针对国际评分规则,我国及时制定出了蹦床运动员在完成动作下落时位移的扣分要求。然而,国内蹦床队在训练中仍然重难度、轻质量,对下落动作位移的重视程度远远不够。根据蹦床项目稳、准、高、难的特点和国内特定规则评分要求,结合对近年国内大赛的观察和江苏蹦床队的训练实践,探讨了位移扣分对于蹦床成绩的重大负面影响,提出了控制和减少位移的有效训练方法。

With the development of Trampoline, the standard of grading has been increasing and refining on the International Trampoline Competitions. China＇ s trampoline timely drafted a standard for the displacement occurring during the process of acting, following the international rule. But, there are many teams still focusing on the mere difficulty, while ignoring the quality, paying least attention on the moving displacement. According to the domestic standard of grading and the characteristics of Trampoline, steady, accurate and high, the author combined the observation and practical experience from several domestic completions with his teaching and training research for the Jiangsu province team in the past few years, came to a conclusion that the missing point for the displacement will generate a significant negative impact to the result.
