EU Technical Regulation System and Its Enlightenment to China and Our Countermeasure

研究了欧盟技术法规体系的法律基础、立法机构、基本框架,并对欧盟技术法规新的主要形式即新方法指令进行了深入分析,进而总结了欧盟技术法规体系的特点。在此基础上,探讨了欧盟技术法规体系特点对于建立健全我国技术法规体系的启示,提出了完善我国技术法规体系的对策建议。

The paper studies the legal basis, legislative institutions and basic framework of EU technical regulation system. It also studies present situation of new approach directives, which is the new and main form of EU technical regulation system. Then it analyses characteristics of EU technical regulation system. On the basis of this, it analyses the enlightenment of EU technical regulation system to China. Moreover it puts forward some advices for the construction of technical regulation system of China.
