A Study on NGO's Participation in the Scientific Decision-making Process in China

摘要非政府组织作为公众利益的代表性机构,是政府科技决策可依靠的参与力量。我国的科技社团、行业协会是典型的科技非政府组织和科技决策参与的重要力量。在我国科技决策中已建立专家咨询制度,还需引入利益诉求和协调机制,非政府组织则是这种协调机制的组织平台。 As the representing institution of interest of citizen the NGO takes an important role in governmental decision-making process. In China scientific societies and industrial associations are typical scientific and technological NGOs and major participating organizations in the scientific and technological decision-making process process the interest-coordination mechanism through NGOs is worthy to be adopted besides the expert consultation mechanism.
