摘要
近年来,知识协同的现象不断涌现,已成为企业知识管理和协同化的发展趋势。而对知识协同理论与方法的研究刚刚处于起步阶段,知识协同是一个值得关注的、新的研究方向。为了加深对知识协同的认识和便于今后对其进行深入研究,对知识协同相关研究进展进行了综述,在此基础上,分析了知识协同产生的背景和发展过程,给出了知识协同的概念认识及其特征分析,并进一步给出了知识协同的未来研究工作展望。
Recently, the phenomena of knowledge collaboration （KC） oping trend of knowledge management and enterprise collaboration emerge continuously and it has become the develHowever, the study on theory and methods of KC is here to stay and it is a new research direction for concern. For deep understanding and further research on KC, in this paper, firstly the existing literatures about KC are reviewed. After that, the background and development process of KC are analyzed. Then, the concept of KC is presented and its characteristics are analyzed. Finally, the further research on KC is given.
