摘要
我国在20世纪80年代开始进行企业文化研究,企业文化变革研究一直都是焦点。但是,在研究中注重了文化变革的必要性及比较具体的控制措施,却忽略了变革的可控性程度,同时还存在着对文化变革计划过于刚性的问题。基于这种背景展开研究。
Corporate culture was studied from the 1980s in China. But the research on necessity of culture change specific extent of change is fewer. Meanwhile, it has too rigid problem about Culture change control measures culture change has been much are concerned, focused for a long controllability program. This research was carried out under this background.
