摘要
研究了膜生物反应器对预处理后的显影废水的处理效果,考察了 MLSS 和 DO 对系统出水水质的影响。实验结果表明:在系统运行温度15~30℃、停留时间10~15 h、曝气量4~10 m^3/h 的条件下,系统稳定后出水水质良好且稳定,COD 去除率为85%~92%,Cu^(2+)去除率为90%~98%;生物反应池中的活性污泥对 Cu^(2+)的去除起主要作用,使出水中 Cu^(2+)质量浓度维持在0.5 mg/L 以下;考虑到废水处理效果和能耗两方面的因素,MLSS 宜控制在6 000 mg/L 左右,DO 应控制在1.5~2.5 mg/L。
The treatment effect of pretreated development wastewater in the membrane bioreactor was studied. The influences of MLSS and DO on the effluent quality were investigated. The experimental results show that: Under the conditions of system operating temperature 15 -30 ℃, residence time 10- 15 h,aeration rate 4 - 10 m^3/h and in stable operation, the removal rate of COD and Cu^2+ is 85% - 92% and 90% - 98% respectively;The activated sludge in the bioreactor has a primary effect on the removal of Cu^2+ , which makes the mass concentration of Cu^2+ in the effluent maintain below 0.5 mg/L; Considering the treatment effect and energy consumption, the optimum MLSS and DO should be controlled at about 6 000 mg/L and 1.5 - 2.5 mg/L respectively.
