摘要
采用改进铁氧体共沉淀法,用石灰乳溶液作中和剂,从污泥浸出液中去除铜、锌。实验结果表明,在混合液pH为8.9、反应温度为室温、反应时间为1h、FeCl3和FeSO4初始浓度分别为0.1068mol/L和0.0534mol/L、n(Fe3+)∶[n(Cu2+)+n(Zn2+)]=10的最佳工艺条件下,浸出液中铜去除率为94.5%,锌去除率为98.0%。
Copper and zinc in sludge extract were removed by improved ferrite coprecipitation process using lime milk as neutralization reagent. The experimental results show that: Under the optimum conditions of mixed solution pH 8.9, room temperature, reaction time 1h, FeCl3 initial concentration 0. 106 8 mol/L, FeSO4 initial concentration 0. 053 4 mol/L, n( Fe^3+ ) : [ n(Cu^2+ ) + n(Zn^2+ ) ] = 10, the removal rates of copper and zinc in the extract are 94.5% and 98.0% respectively.
