摘要
246例住院初复治肺结核病人痰标本分离培养结核分支杆菌的耐药性测定结果,SM、INH、EMB、RFP各药耐药检出率和耐药病例检出率及耐HR病例检出率L-J法均高于BACTEC法,总一致率为72%。采用含INH和RFP方案治疗2、3、6月痰菌阴转率和胸部X线好转率BACTEC法和L-J法均敏感病例组高于BACTEC法敏感而L-J法耐INH和RFP病例。结果提示,药敏试验与临床一致性L-J法高于BACTEC法。建议临床同时用BACTEC法和L-J法进行结核分支杆菌耐药性测定。
Using Bactec system and L-J medium examined the susceptibility of M. tuberculosis to SM、INH、RFP、EMB in 246 in-patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis. The resistance rates of S. H. R. E. and HR multidrug resistsnce rates with L-J medium were higher than with Bactec system. The Coincidence rate was 72%. Using regimens contaning HR, the conversion rates and X-ray improvement rates of 2, 3, 6 month in sensitive group were higher than in HR resistant group of L-J resistant but Bactec susceptible respectively. The results of drug susceptibility testing with L-J method were much coincident to the clinical observation than Bactec system. It was suggested that the combination of Bactec system and LJ method for drug susceptibility testing of Mycobacterium tuberculosis is better for clinical practice.
