摘要
2005年5~10月对渤海湾水域中的浮游植物进行了调查研究。结果表明:2005年3个航次调查共鉴定出浮游植物58种,浮游植物种数以硅藻门为主,硅藻种数占浮游植物总种数的62%。浮游植物数量时空分布呈现平水期高、丰水期次之、枯水期低;近岸略高远岸,南部海域比北部海域高的特征。浮游植物多样性,群落结构复杂性以及海水水质也随平水期、丰水期、枯水期逐渐降低。基于多样性指数评价的渤海湾水质分析,其总体上处于中度和重度污染。
Ecological investigation of phytoplankton in Bohai Bay water was conducted from May to October in 2005. Results showed that Bacillariophyta were the preponderant species that almost take up 62% of totally 58 species of phytoplankton identified. The quantity of phytoplankton that gradually decreased along mean-flow, high-flow and low-flow season is slightly high in inshore area compared with offshore area and much higher in southern part than that of northern part. The diversity of phytoplankton as well as complexity of community structure and quality of water also gradually decreased along mean-flow, high-flow and low-flow season, varying with temporal and spatial distribution. Based on diversity index, water quality of the Bay was in the state of moderate and severe pollution.
