改革开放以来,我国社会的阶层结构发生了深刻变化,出现了一系列新的社会阶层。我们必须坚持深入的理论思考,坚持从阶层分析与阶级分析、阶层分析与生产关系和生产力的矛盾运动、阶层的阶级属性与社会作用、阶层分析的理论与实践的辩证统一中,科学地把握我国的新阶层关系。这对促进新阶层关系的健康发展和社会主义和谐社会建设,具有积极的理论和实践意义。

Ever since the introduction of reform and opening-up policy, the stratum structure in China＇s society has undergone profound changes, with a series of new social strata appearing. We must adhere to in-depth theoretical thinking. We are supposed to master new stratum relationships scientifically on the basis of the theory of stratum analysis and class analysis, of the contradiction between production relations and productivity, as well as the dialectical unity between the class attribute and social function of stratum, theory and practice of stratum analysis. This endeavor would be significant in theory and practice in that it can benefit the new stratum relationship in its harmonious development in future and promote the construction of a socialist harmonious society.
