摘要
对一台空气源热电热泵低温热水装置在不同工作条件下的性能进行了实验研究.研究结果表明:随着工作电压升高,制热系数减小,但热水加热时间会缩短;在环境温度较低时,随着热水温度的升高,冷端吸热量有可能减少,而在环境温度较高时,冷端吸热量随着热水温度的升高而一直增大;环境温度越高,冷端温度也就越高,冷热端温差就越小,制热系数就越大;在电压为117 V、热水温度为35℃、环境温度为30℃时的制热系数为1.68,而环境温度为5℃时的制热系数仅为1.22.此项研究可为热电热泵热水装置的设计和应用提供参考.
The performance of the thermoelectric heat pump low-temperature water heater was investigated under various operating conditions. The experiment results show that the coefficient of performance decreases and the heating time shortens with the increase of the applied voltage. At low ambient temperatures, the heat absorbed from ambient air may decrease with the increase of the temperature of hot water. However, at high ambient temperatures, the heat absorbed always increases with the increase of the temperature of hot water. The higher the ambient temperature is, the higher the cold side temperature is and the smaller the temperature difference between the hot and cold sides becomes, leading a larger coefficient of performance. Under an applied voltage of 117 V and a hot temperature of 35 ℃, the coefficient of performance with an ambient temperature of 30 ℃ is 1.68, and the coefficient of performance with an ambient temperature of 5 ℃ is only 1.22.
