Installation of Hydraulic Headstock Gear on up and down Heads of Lock of Changzhou Conservancy Pivot

长洲水利枢纽永久船闸人字门控制系统采用比例变量泵技术,通过PLC控制,使闸(阀)实现变速运行,确保在运行过程中动作平稳、冲击小,而两侧人字门运行协调同步,达到系统动作的各项要求,提高了系统的有效性和控制的灵活性;同时油缸旁设有安全阀块,实现安全锁定和超压保护作用,还能防止液压缸在异常负载情况下失控。该船闸上下闸首液压系统安装重点为油缸总成、管路系统循环冲洗、耐压试验及调试。

Control system of miter gate of Changzhou Conservancy Pivot Lock adopted technology of proportional variable-displacement pump. It ensures that the gate keep smooth and steady under operation conditions. The installation key parts of hydraulic system on up and down heads of the lock are oil vat assembly, cycle wash for pipe system, breakdown test and debugging.
