针对建筑企业人才规格的需求,我系以培养学生职业能力为目标,对建筑工程监理专业毕业生进行职业技能综合训练及综合测评,并以此取代沿用已久的毕业设计和答辩,取得较好效果。该专业的毕业生受到建筑企业及其他用人单位的广泛好评。

According to the requirements of training talents for building enterprises, we, aiming at training students＇ professional abilities, carry out the comprehensive training on professional skills and integrated evaluation to the students majoring in building engineering supervision, instead of graduation project and defending their thesies. We have obtained the expected results that the graduates have been well received by the building enterprises and other units who have recruited them.
