Exploration and Research on the Cultivation of Innovative Ability of the College Undergraduate's Graduation Project (Thesis)

本科生毕业设计(论文)可反映学生发现、分析、解决实际问题的能力。因此,培养学生的创新能力,对高校教学改革将起到重要作用,而毕业设计(论文)正是培养学生创新能力的有效途径之一。本文详细分析了大学本科毕业设计(论文)的整体状况,阐述了创新在毕业设计(论文)和人才培养中的核心作用及培养学生创新能力的具体措施。作者结合实际工作,分析了山东科技大学本科毕业设计(论文)创新能力培养过程中取得的成果、存在的问题及相应的处理措施。

Undergraduate graduation project （thesis） reflects the students＇ ability in discovering, analyzing and solving practical problems, therefore, the cultivation of the student＇ s innovative ability will play an important part in college teaching reform. Graduation project （thesis） is an effective way to cultivate the student＇ s innovative ability. This article provides us a detailed analysis on the overall status of college undergraduate graduation project （thesis）, and it illustrates the core effect that innovation has in graduation project （thesis） and talents cultivation, and the detailed measures for cuhivaiing the students＇ innovative ability. Combining the practical work, it analyses the gained achievements, existed problems and corresponding measures of Shandong University of Science and Technology in the process of undergraduate innovative ability cultivation.
