摘要 教师培训是教师专业成长的核心问题。甘肃省贫困地区农村幼儿教师的职后培训现状令人堪忧,十分不利于其专业成长,严重影响到幼儿园教育教学水平的提高。在具体分析教师培训需求的基础上,立足当地实践,建立以骨干教师为核心的培训网、有效开展园本教师培训与园本教研活动、鼓励农村幼儿教师参加幼师专业学历教育是促进甘肃省贫困地区幼儿教师专业成长的可行途径。 To professional development, training teachers is the core. But in poverty rural area of Gansu province, the existing training conditions of kindergarteners get the researchers worried. Not only does it go against the teachers' professional development strongly, but also blocks the improving of teaching and learning in kindergartens badly. Based on analyzing the teachers' training need carefully, we' ve put forward some effective countermeasures as follows: establishing a training net that takes the backbone teachers as a core; developing teachers' training, teachers' teaching and researching based on school effectively; encouraging rural kindergarteners to get more professional education for higher diploma.
