摘要
为了使计算简便、快捷,并减少调查研究的工作量,文章采用静态分析法对科研项目的经济效益进行了分析,并提出了进一步完善分析的方法。
In order to calculate simply and conveniently, swiftly, reduce the work load of making investigations greatly, the article adopts the static analytic approach to analyze the economic benefits of the scientific research project, has put forward the method to improve the analysis further.
