摘要
目前我国城市给水和排水管理相互分离,造成了资源的浪费和环境治理不彻底的现象。建议在我国实行给排水一体化管理,并详细地对这种管理体制能够带来的社会和经济效益增值进行了分析。
At present,in China,the division of the city water management and wastewater management leads to the resource waste and the incomplete environment treatment.In this article,I suggest to carry out integrative management of city water and wastewater in China;and analyze the added social and economic benefit which comes from this new management system.
