摘要
在分析人才与人力二者关系的基础上,阐明了人才资源开发的三个环节,以及如何形成有利于人才价值实现的四种机制。
Based on the analysis of the relationship between talent and human, this paper illustrates the three steps of talent resource development, and the four mechanisms on improving the realization of value of enterprise's talent.
