近年来,传统采购模式在价值管理中越来越不适用,暴露出不少问题。文中简单介绍了价值管理,以及其与采购模式的关系,并详细介绍了现行采购模式,特别是PFI(私人主动融资)采购模式在价值管理中的优势。
